But there is one key thing that can ruin everything from the very beginning.
Very often, these attempts fail not because the “negative energy is too strong”,
but because a person approaches this work in the wrong way.
In the wrong state.
Mistake #1. Working from Fear and Lack of Self-Trust

This is the most common and most fundamental mistake.
When a person:
— is afraid to take the first step
— constantly doubts whether it will work
— is already internally expecting it to fail
they push themselves backwards before they even begin.
Moreover, they start listening to themselves in the wrong way —
not looking for signs of improvement,
but searching for any signal that confirms that nothing is working.
As a result, they almost pull that failure toward themselves.
In this state, there is no point in starting at all.
Because when a person is in fear, inner tension and imbalance,
they don’t gather strength —
they become more open and more vulnerable.
How to Approach This Work
Before doing anything at all, you need to get yourself into the right state first.
— calm yourself down
— clear the inner noise
— bring yourself into a more stable, balanced state
Only then should you begin.
There is one important thing that many people overlook.
There needs to be a clear inner feeling:
“I can do this”
“I will do this”
“This will work”
No panic.
No emotional breakdown.
No “I just hope this helps…”
But a calm, grounded confidence.
And even a bit of anger — in a healthy way — can actually help:
“Don’t even try. This won’t work on me. You won’t break me. I’ll handle this.”
This is the state where the process actually starts to move.
And it’s from this state that a person has a real chance to deal with it.
Why This Matters
In this kind of work, a lot depends on your inner response.
What truly suits you
usually doesn’t create resistance.
It doesn’t feel like you have to force yourself,
push through, or go against yourself.
On the contrary.
Even if the practice itself isn’t the easiest,
there is a clear inner sense that this is exactly what you need.
Sometimes it’s hard to explain —
as if you’ve done this before,
as if it feels familiar.
And along with that comes a calm certainty:
“This will work”
This is one of the clearest signs
that the process can actually bring results.
Mistake #2. Doing What Doesn’t Feel Right for You
How to Do It Right

You don’t need to grab the first ritual you come across just because someone says it’s “powerful.”
There are many ways to help yourself:
— through water
— through fire
— through simple actions
— through your attention and inner state
But the goal is not to try everything.
👉 The goal is to find what truly works for you.
And here’s something important from real practice.
Even though I work with different rituals myself,
after serious work with negative energy I can still feel drained.
And in those moments, I don’t turn to another ritual.
I choose something else.
I go outside, walk to the trees, sometimes just hug a tree.
I can stand in the rain and ask it to wash everything off me.
I speak to nature as if it’s alive — and it responds.
And it’s a very powerful feeling —
when you realize you are heard and supported.
For me, this works much better than forcing myself to do something that doesn’t feel right.
Listen to yourself.
What truly belongs to you:
— doesn’t require forcing
— doesn’t create inner resistance
— and often even draws you in
That’s what you should work with.
Mistake #3. Trying Everything at Once
This is a very common situation.
A person starts:
— one ritual
— then another
— then something from the internet
— then advice from someone
— then a YouTube video
And everything gets mixed together.
It feels like the more you do, the faster the result will come.
👉 In reality, the opposite happens.
Why This Doesn’t Work
Every practice has its own logic, its own rhythm, its own state.
When everything is mixed together:
— there is no focus
— no understanding of what actually worked
— no sense of completion
Instead of real work, you get overload.
Your state becomes unstable:
— better for a moment
— then worse again
— anxiety
— emptiness
And you stop understanding what is actually happening.
What to Do Instead
Choose one practice that truly resonates with you and feels right on an emotional level.
Not five.
Not three.
One.
Do it calmly, with focus, without rushing.
Give yourself time to observe the result.
If it doesn’t feel right or something goes off — choose another one.
But don’t mix everything at once.
Self-work is not about how many practices you use or how much time you spend.
It’s about depth, focus, and belief in yourself.
Mistake #4. Doing It Once and Expecting Instant Results
Another common mistake is expecting everything to be resolved in one go.
You do a ritual,
try something once —
and expect to feel better right away.
👉 In reality, it rarely works that way.
Why This Doesn’t Work
Your state doesn’t form in a single day.
And it doesn’t always clear in one attempt.
Sometimes it takes time.
Sometimes it requires repetition.
Sometimes it needs ongoing support.
But when a person expects instant results and doesn’t get them,
frustration sets in:
— “it doesn’t work”
— “I did something wrong”
— “this is useless”
And then they either give up,
or start jumping from one method to another (as we already mentioned above).
How It Actually Works
Some people, because of their nature, their state, or their life circumstances,
are simply more prone to picking up negative energy.
This is not a “sentence” or something final,
but it does mean that for them, this is not a one-time process.
I have clients like this.
I teach them, give them tools,
they practice —
and still, from time to time, they pick something up again.
At some point, they stop seeing it as a disaster.
They begin to treat it as a process.
👉 Like taking a shower.
When your state starts to feel heavy —
you clean it.
Each of them has their own 1–2 methods that work best:
— some use energy flow practices
— some go out into nature
— some work with water, salt, or fire
There may be many methods,
but each person ends up with their own set.
What You Need to Understand
Doing something once and expecting to stay “clean forever”
is a naive expectation.
And this is exactly what leads to disappointment.
It’s much more useful to understand from the beginning:
👉 this is not a one-time action
👉 this is ongoing work with your state that sometimes needs to be repeated
When you see it this way,
everything becomes calmer and more stable.
Mistake #5. Trying to Remove Something That Isn’t There
This is also a very common situation.
A person feels:
— anxiety
— fatigue
— inner tension
— a strange, unclear state
And immediately jumps to conclusions:
👉 “this is negative energy”
👉 “this is an external influence”
👉 “I need to remove it urgently”
And they start trying to fix it.
What’s the Problem Here
Not every heavy or uncomfortable state is negative energy.
Sometimes it’s:
— accumulated stress
— emotional burnout
— an inner crisis
— simple exhaustion that has been ignored
And when a person, instead of understanding what’s really going on,
starts trying to “remove negative energy” that isn’t actually there —
they don’t solve the problem.
They just avoid it.
What Happens Next
The person starts doing different practices,
but their state doesn’t really change.
Or it improves for a short time,
and then comes back.
And they start thinking:
— “it doesn’t work”
— “the influence must be very strong”
— “I need something stronger”
And they go even deeper into it.
Why This Is Dangerous
Because in this state, a person:
— starts overthinking
— increases their anxiety
— becomes more vulnerable
And in the end, they make their condition worse.
What to Do Instead
Before trying to remove anything,
it’s important to ask yourself a simple question:
👉 “What is actually happening to me?”
The answer is not always about negative energy.
Sometimes the honest answer is:
— “I’m tired”
— “I’m overwhelmed”
— “I just don’t feel well”
And in that case, the work should not be about “removal”,
but about recovery.
Mistake #6. Removing It — and Stopping There
Another common mistake is doing something,
feeling relief… and stopping there.
👉 “That’s it, I feel better — it’s gone.”
And nothing else is done after that.
What’s the Problem Here
Removal is only part of the process.
Yes, your state can genuinely improve:
— it feels lighter
— the pressure goes away
— a sense of calm returns
But that doesn’t always mean the process is fully complete and stable.
If you just stop at that point,
a setback often follows.
What Happens Next
At first, everything feels fine.
Then gradually:
— tension returns
— anxiety comes back
— your state starts to decline
And the person thinks:
👉 “it all came back”
👉 “nothing worked”
When in reality,
they simply didn’t stabilize the result.
Why This Happens
After removal, your state becomes more open.
And if you don’t support it:
— don’t rebalance
— don’t stabilize
— don’t give it time to settle
👉 old patterns and states return.
What to Do Instead
After any kind of work, it’s important to:
— slow down a little
— observe your state
— avoid jumping straight back into your usual rhythm
And if needed,
repeat a gentle practice after some time.
Not out of fear,
but as support.
This is not about “cleansing endlessly.”
It’s about allowing the result to settle,
instead of losing it right away.
Final Thoughts
Self-removal of negative energy is not about perfect rituals or doing everything “by the book.”
It’s about the state you bring into the process
and your understanding of what you are doing and why.
A person is capable of much more than they usually think.
In many cases, it is absolutely possible to:
— understand the situation
— stabilize yourself
— and clear it on your own
But it’s important not to fall into extremes.

if you don’t understand what is happening,
if anxiety and confusion start to build —
👉 don’t rush to trust “great specialists from the internet.”
Very often, this is exactly the state in which people get targeted.
You may hear things like:
— “you have a curse”
— “you need to remove it urgently”
— “if you don’t act now, it will get worse”
👉 this is a clear sign you are dealing with a scammer.
Real work does not start with fear.
Instead:
— pause
— look at your state
— try to understand what is really going on
And only then decide what to do next.

Without fear.
